that ADUs be exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA).
Following several fires in the BABCNC hillsides started by metal-blade weed whackers used for brush clearance (including but not limited to the Roscomare fire in June of 2017), the BABCNC Emergency Preparedness Committee, has been seeking a ban on metal-blade weed whackers in these hillsides, which are considered to be a "Very High Fire Hazard Severity Zone" (VHFHSZ).
