BEL AIR-BEVERLY CREST NEIGHBORHOOD COUNCIL ANNOUNCES NEIGHBORHOOD PURPOSE GRANTS
Do you have a worthy project that would benefit our BABCNC community? If you are a non-profit 501(c)(3) corporation or a public or private non-religious school, city funds may be available to help you.
Bel Air-Beverly Crest Neighborhood Council may have a limited amount of funding to allocate to Neighborhood Purpose Grants (NPGs) in this fiscal year. Proposed projects must provide a demonstrable benefit to the community and should build community, enhance the neighborhood, and be open, accessible, and free to the general public. Projects may encompass a wide range and can include, but are not limited to: · The Arts · Beautification · Community Support · Education · Community Improvements.

After completion of the required forms, your application for the Neighborhood Purpose Grant should be forwarded to the BABCNC by e-mail to [email protected].
Deadline for receipt of applications for this fiscal year: April 15.
The Board of the Bel Air Beverly Crest Neighborhood Council will evaluate your project, along with other worthy projects at a public meeting and decide which projects, if any, to fund with available funds.
You will be notified of the Board’s action at a public meeting. The Board may, in its discretion, fund or not fund projects this year but may, instead, roll funds over into the next fiscal year to better serve the community. There is no appeal to Board decisions.
If you have a project that would benefit the BABCNC community, we encourage you to apply for whatever funds are available. If you have any questions about availability of funds or any other matter, please email [email protected].
