Larry has served on the BABCNC Board since its inception, prior to certification, beginning his involvement in early 2002. He was early advocate of broadband service for the hillside communities, organizing workshops, providing a platform for telecommunication representatives to inform attendees of plans and efforts to bring broadband at a time when all of the City had broadband except the hills. He is a California licensed attorney, as well as California licensed civil engineer with a background in public finance and residential community development. Larry received his undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania, MBA from the Anderson Graduate School of Management at UCLA, and law degree from Loyola Law School. Larry has chaired the Bylaws, Rules & Elections Committee since 2006, and instrumental in modifying the governmental structure of the BABCNC consistent with the Los Angeles Citywide System of Neighborhood Councils.
