Cathy Wayne

As a dedicated member of the Bel Air Beverly Crest Neighborhood Council since 2015 serving on the Planning and Land Use, and the Budget Committees, my focus is to build relationships with our community, City departments and Council Members, County and State offices to communicate our issues and needs, and to give our residents a voice and encourage involvement in their community.  I am also a member of the Laurel Canyon Association and the Hillside Federation.  As a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser and a Real Estate Salesperson, I am passionate about our hillside issues having been raised in Laurel Canyon.   Attending UCLA, NYU and the University of London, I have worked for major Motion Picture and Television Studios both here in the US and living in London, England being responsible for Product Development in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.  I look forward to serving our community and enhancing this wonderful area of Los Angeles we live in.
