Shawn Bayliss

Shawn Bayliss currently serves as the Executive Director of the Bel-Air Association, and previously held the position of Director of Planning, Land Use & Development for a LA City Councilmember. With an interest and background in land-use entitlements and development issues, Shawn hopes to bring experience to the Neighborhood Council to address significant building and policy impacts.
