Planning and Land Use Committee

The Planning and Land Use Committee considers all issues pertaining to hillside and land development, including construction, demolition, grading, zoning, permits and cell phone towers. 

This Committee meets the second Tuesday of each month at 7:00 PM, unless otherwise notified. Please check the calendar.    

We are currently meeting virtually most of the year.

We will keep this site updated as scheduling allows with in-person meeting locations and will seek to have alternating locations for in-person meetings on both sides of the BABCNC territory. 

Stakeholders and guests are welcome to join meetings via Zoom or telephone.  Please see the agenda for details on how to join the meeting virtually.
